Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Seat Reservation

Registration for workshops is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Seats are confirmed only upon receipt and validation of the full registration fee via UPI transaction reference.

2. Clinical Equipment & Material Usage

Delegates must handle all high-speed handpieces, endodontic rotary motors, surgical kits, and dental loupes responsibly. Organizers reserve the right to replace simulated phantom models as necessary.

3. Certificate Issuance

Accredited CDE Certificates of Participation will be awarded only to registered clinicians who attend the complete duration of the scheduled clinical module.

4. Event Modifications

In rare circumstances of faculty emergencies or force majeure, organizers reserve the right to reschedule the workshop with 48 hours notice.
