When you register for dental workshops, webinars, or conferences on AD Events, we collect details including your name, email address, mobile number, qualification (BDS/MDS), clinic/college name, state dental council registration number, and transaction UTR identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used strictly to process workshop reservations, issue verifiable CDE delegate passes, dispatch event reminders and venue directions via email and WhatsApp, and generate state dental council credit point certificates.

3. Payment Security & UPI Details

We do not store your bank credentials or credit/debit card numbers. All UPI transactions occur through authorized banking apps, and only transaction reference IDs (UTR numbers) and voluntary proof screenshots are stored for audit and verification.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell or trade doctor contact information to commercial dental suppliers without explicit delegate consent.
